You can buy from Aotearoa House the largest quantities and best quality in our inventory. You can be sure you are buying from the best quality, production and artists.
PLEASE READ THIS DOCUMENT CAREFULLY. BY PLACING AN ORDER WITH US, YOU ARE AGREEING TO BECOME BOUND BY THE TERMS OF THIS AGREEMENT.
This is a legal agreement between you and Aotearoa House. This Agreement states the terms and conditions upon which Aotearoa House offers its products and services.
TERMS
1. For orders over $500nz you must have submitted name, address and contact details as the purchaser.
2. There is a no fee for sourcing quantity of any product over $1000nz. You must fill out the purchase offer form:
a) purchase offer form is a legal and binding agreement that states if we can find and or supply the product listed or you have requested and meet all requirements you are legally bound to complete the order and pay the invoice.
3 Forms of Payment accepted. VISA, MASTER CARD, AMERICAN EXPRESS, Mail Money order, Cheque.
4 No Price Protection or Stock Rotation:
Aotearoa House DOES NOT offer any type of price protection or stock rotation. We often drop prices suddenly and without notice.
5 Minimum Order:
Minimum Order is your decision.
6 Domestic sales Terms:
Domestic Sales Terms are Wire Transfer, Cashier or Certified Cheque or Certified Company Cheque. Some customers may have the option to pay by Visa / Master Card and American
7 Company Cheque:
We cannot accept personal cheques, just Cashier or Certified Cheque. If paying by Company Cheque, the address printed on your company cheque must be the same as the ship to address.
8 Bad Cheques:
Bouncing a cheque may suspend your account. Please don't do it. If it does happen, there is a 48-hour grace period where you can overnight a Cashier or Certified Cheque. If we do not receive payment within 48 hours, we will submit it to our cheque guarantee service for redemption and your account will be closed.
9 International Sales Terms:
International sales are on a prepaid Wire Transfer basis and credit cards. We DO NOT accept Letters of Credit L/C's.
10 Credit Cards:
We accept Visa / Master Card American Express ONLY!
11 Prices:
All prices are as quoted on the website, specials and discounts are random and at the discretion of Aotearoa House management.
12 International Shipments:
International customers are responsible for determining their country duties, tariffs or taxes. For international shipments over 450kg we can provide prepaid freight quotes to major airports on a "door to airport" basis, or ocean freight to destination port.
13 Truck Shipments:
If no other method of shipment is specified, Aotearoa House will ship via the cheapest qualified carrier. This may not be the cheapest method of shipping. If this is a concern, be sure to specify how you want an order shipped.
14 You Pay Shipping Charges:
When you place an order, we will immediately email or fax you a confirmation of your order. Should you discover any errors, please contact us immediately. Freight charges will be blank on the confirmation. Once freight charges are calculated, we will email or fax to you again.
15 Refused Shipments:
If a shipment is refused for any reason, customer is responsible for the freight charge incurred. Aotearoa House also reserves the right to charge a 10% restocking fee (which we also may choose to waive).
16 Manufacturer Direct Warranties
If there is a Manufacturer Direct Warranty, we require that you return the unit direct to Manufacturer, unless the unit was DOA (within 7 days after receipt).
17 Warranty Limitations:
Aotearoa House cannot warrant an item that has been improperly used or physically damaged.
18 Fitness of Purpose:
Aotearoa House cannot warrant any product as fit for any particular use or purpose. We strongly recommend customers to evaluate and inspect the products to determine if these will meet their purpose.
19 All Sales are Final:
All sales are final. In case we accept the return of a product, other than with damaged on arrival, there will be a 10% restocking fee. No returns are allowed after 7 days of receipt.
20 Defective Item Return
Customer MUST CAREFULLY PACK defective items being returned, as if they were new and working. FAILURE TO DO SO may invalidate the warranty.
LIMITED WARRANTY
Warranties may be limited on some items. Please check your invoice to verify the warranty is as expected.
